On Saturday January 17, 2015 the Green Valley Track and Field Team is having a Root Beer Mile Fundraiser for their long time coach, Blaine Thompson, who was recently diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. Athletes, coaches and community supporters will be there to raise money for his medical fund. Cost is $7.00 per runner.
